The outside  :

• The house with 3 guest's rooms 
• The shelter "Cocoon" 
• The swimming pool (10 meter by 5) with shower 
• The space for cars and motos 
• The petanque ground 
• The fitness room 
• The winter garden

Inside the house  :

• On the grounfd floor: a living room with fireplace and piano with 2 bays window wich look onto the swimming pool, and a dining room with a loggia .
• On the lower floor; the 3 guest's rooms with winter garden
